Como Apartments – Gladstone offers both Short and Long Term, quality Serviced Accommodation, providing a solution for both private and corporate guests. All units are Spacious, Comfortably Furnished and fully Self-Contained, inclusive of Full Laundry facilities and Undercover car parking.
Como Apartments are located on the fringe of the CBD, and a few minutes walk takes you to the CBD commercial, restaurant and entertainment precinct. A range of sporting facilities, including Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts (18 courts), basket ball and open sports fields are all within easy walking distance.
Facilities:
- Each unit is fitted with a large modern kitchen, complete with a full range of cooking facilities, including oven, cook top, microwave and electric frypan.
- Within your unit you have your own clothes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
- On site undercover car parking is provided for each unit.
- All apartments are fully furnished and linen is provided
- The apartments are carefully serviced weekly, including linen change and general cleaning, to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
